Connoisseur Media has agreed to sell its five Brookings radio stations to Brookings Radio, LLC — a group locally owned and operated by Cami Powers, her husband, Derrick Powers, and her brother, Chad Hogie. 

Police are looking for help finding a man suspected of stealing a Salvation Army donation bucket from the Perkins Restaurant in Brookings. On Dec. 9 at about 6:13 p.m., Brookings police responded to a report of a man wearing a mask entering the restaurant, taking the donation bucket, and fleeing on foot.
