Northeast Radio SD News – Watertown, SD - A familiar face around Watertown has received one of the community’s highest recognitions for disability achievement and advocacy. Teddy Berglund was named the recipient of the Outstanding Citizen with a Disability Award, presented in conjunction with National Disability Employment Awareness Month.
