Watertown Yard of the Month August Winners Announced as 2026 Season Wraps Up
Northeast Radio SD News – Watertown, SD - The Yard of the Month Committee has released its final list of honorees for the 2026 season, recognizing standout properties across all five city wards along with whimsical and business categories.
August’s winners include:
· Ward A: Steve & Nancy Hulscher, 1135 13th Ave. NE
· Ward B: Eric, Kristin & Will Fox, 1222 Mayfair Drive
· Ward C: Tyler & Kristin Hamann, 210 4th St. NE
· Ward D: Linda Hughes, 1120 1st Ave. NE
· Ward E: Larry, Sandra & Rafe Keyes, 544 North Lake Dr.
· Whimsical: Barb Formanek, 723 42nd St. NW
· Business: Andor, Inc., 9 North Maple
The Yard of the Month program highlights residents and businesses who take exceptional pride in their properties and contribute to the community’s overall appearance. Winners are selected in June, July, and August, with each receiving a Yard of the Month sign, a certificate signed by the mayor, and recognition through local media outlets.

The release states. It also thanks those who submitted nominations throughout the summer, helping spotlight individuals and organizations whose efforts
