Northeast Radio SD News – Brookings County, SD - A two-vehicle collision late Friday night near Brookings has left one driver with serious, life-threatening injuries and hospitalized several others. The Brookings County Sheriff’s Office and emergency personnel were dispatched to the intersection of SD Highway 14 and 466th Avenue at approximately 11:43 p.m. on October 17.

The incident occurred in the 600 block of 9th Ave. SE (US Highway 212). The Watertown Police Department responded to the scene at approximately 2:29 p.m. on Friday, October 10, 2025.
