Emergency crews responded to a rollover crash near 447th Avenue and 180th Street on Tuesday afternoon, September 22, after a passerby reported a vehicle partially submerged in water. The 911 call came in at 2:33 p.m., prompting the dispatch of Lake Norden Ambulance, Hazel Fire Department, and Hamlin County Sheriff’s Office. First responders arrived to find a truck with its cab halfway underwater.
