2026 Top 4 Under 40 Awards Highlight Young Professionals Shaping the Future of Watertown

Northeast Radio SD News – Watertown, SD - The Watertown Rotary Club and The Day of Development Event have officially announced the winners of the 2026 Top 4 Under 40 awards, recognizing young professionals who are “moving mountains” in their workplaces and across the region.
The announcement came during the 4th Annual Day of Development, a premier regional event held at the historic Goss Opera House on March 25, 2026.
2026 Top 4 Under 40 Winners
This year’s recipients were selected for their meaningful impact, leadership, and dedication to the Watertown area:
· Heidi Clausen: Known for her role as Business Manager for the Watertown School District, Clausen also serves on the Lake Area Technical College (LATC) Strategic Advisory Council and is active with Friends of Arrows.
· Jordan Wollschlager: An Ag Banker at First Premier Bank, Wollschlager’s extensive community service includes roles with the Lions Club, the Lake Area Foundation Board, and serving as a Chamber Ambassador.
· Shane Hardie
SD Division of Criminal Investigation, Faternal Order of Police
· Lindsay Stangl: As the Director of Marketing & Business Development for Visit Watertown, Stangl is a key figure in the Watertown Kiwanis Club and the Watertown Curling Club.
Organizers also extended their best wishes to the 2026 finalists, thanking them for their continued service to the community: Tia Hutt, Sabrina Valsvig, Michael Wight, Seth Fryer, Derek Barton, Shauna Geier, and Amanda Woodruff.
