Northeast Radio SD News - Watertown, SD - During a recent year-end all-staff meeting, PREMIER Bankcard recognized outstanding leadership and community commitment, naming Breanna Beebe the recipient of the 2025 President’s Award. The honor highlights Beebe’s dual impact as both a financial professional and a dedicated community advocate.

Beebe serves as the Senior Branch Manager for First PREMIER Bank in Castlewood and Lake Norden. In addition to her professional role, she is a 2020 Leadership South Dakota graduate and holds leadership positions in the nonprofit sector.
Recognition of Service and Leadership
The President’s Award is presented to employees who embody the organization’s core values of service and excellence. Beebe, who has a background in Criminal Justice and Human Services, has consistently integrated her professional expertise with a passion for community welfare.
Beyond her work at the bank, Beebe serves as the President of the Beacon Center in Watertown. The center provides vital resources and shelter for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. She is also a co-founder of Freedom Flannels, a nonprofit established in 2020 that raises funds to support organizations in the fight against human trafficking.

Collaborative Philanthropy
The meeting also served as a platform to celebrate the spirit of volunteerism within the company. Megan Donahue of Watertown Bankcard was honored as the winner of the November Volunteer Challenge.
As the challenge winner, Donahue was awarded the opportunity to direct a $1,000 corporate donation to a nonprofit of her choice. She selected the Beacon Center, further strengthening the link between local business employees and community support systems. Beebe accepted the donation on behalf of the center, noting that the contribution will provide meaningful assistance to local families and individuals.

“I’m incredibly thankful to have received the 2025 President’s Award at our PREMIER all-staff meeting. This recognition means so much, and I’m humbled to be surrounded by colleagues who inspire excellence, service, and heart every day.” Beebe shared.
