City of Watertown Announces July 4th Holiday Closures

Northeast Radio SD News – Watertown, SD - Several City of Watertown offices and facilities will be closed on Friday, July 3, in observance of the Independence Day holiday, according to a CodeRED Community Alert issued Monday morning.
City Hall, the Watertown Regional Library, the Watertown Regional Landfill, the Park & Recreation Fieldhouse, and other city-operated offices will not be open on Friday as staff observes the holiday weekend.
Prairie Lakes Wellness Center will operate under normal hours on Friday, July 3, but will be closed on Saturday, July 4.
City officials encourage residents to plan ahead for any services they may need before the long weekend.
“We wish everyone a safe and enjoyable Independence Day weekend,” the alert said.
