Northeast Radio SD News - Iroquois, SD - A Saturday night shooting incident at a home in Iroquois resulted in one man being injured and another being arrested, according to a release from South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley.

Kingsbury County officials requested the South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) to lead the investigation into the incident.

“DCI was requested by Kingsbury County officials to lead the investigation, and a thorough investigation will be conducted,” said Attorney General Jackley. “There is no further danger to the public.”

The incident occurred at a residence in Iroquois on Saturday night. Authorities state that an argument led to Ace Bordeaux, 40, of Iroquois, shooting another man.

Bordeaux was arrested for Aggravated Assault and Possession of a Firearm while intoxicated. He is currently being held in the Beadle County Jail in Huron.
