Northeast Radio SD News – Toronto, SD - Deubrook Area Schools has received an $8,532.04 donation from DCFU (Deuel County Farmers Union) Cenex Convenience Store through the cooperative’s Pride Pump Program at its Toronto location.

DCFU presented the check to Superintendent Skyler Frederick, highlighting the community‑driven effort that generated the funds. From September through May, one fuel dispenser at the Toronto Cenex is designated as the Deubrook Dolphin Pride Pump, with three cents from every gallon donated to the school district.

During the 2025–26 school year, fuel sales at the Pride Pump resulted in a $4,532.04 contribution from Deuel County Farmers Union Oil Co. To further support the district, DCFU CEO Scott Jaeger requested matching funds from the cooperative’s lender, COBANK, which provided an additional $4,000.

DCFU says the program reflects its commitment to investing in the communities it serves. School officials extended thanks to the cooperative and to residents who choose the Pride Pump to support Deubrook students.
