Lane Closure Set for Monday on Willow Creek Drive Intersection

Northeast Radio SD News - Watertown, SD - Watertown motorists should anticipate a temporary lane closure beginning Monday morning, December 8, 2025, as crews address a damaged signal pole.
The repair work will take place on the northeast corner of the 19th Street East and Willow Creek Drive/1st Avenue North intersection. To accommodate the necessary equipment and crew, the right turn lane on Willow Creek Drive will be closed.
City officials anticipate that the repair work and the associated traffic control devices will be removed by the end of the day on December 8, 2025.
Residents and businesses located within the lane closure area will maintain continuous access throughout the day.
The public is reminded to use caution when traveling near the construction zone and to observe all posted traffic control devices for the safety of both workers and other drivers.
