Contractors will sandblast and repaint the tower as part of the project. A containment curtain will be installed around the structure to capture paint chips and overspray.

The project is expected to take approximately three weeks, weather permitting. Equipment and trucks will be staged along 4th Street NW, and nearby sidewalk access may be temporarily affected.
Water service will remain active throughout the project, though residents may notice minor pressure fluctuations.
