Watertown Regional Airport Reports Strong November with 5.5% Passenger Growth

Northeast Radio SD News - Watertown, SD - The Watertown Regional Airport (ATY) has concluded November with encouraging passenger numbers, recording a solid increase in air travel compared to the previous year.


Airport Manager Ian Meriwether-Chalfant announced that the airport recorded 1,260 passenger boardings (enplanements) in November 2025. This figure represents a 5.5% increase in passenger traffic compared to November 2024.


The distribution of passengers between the airport’s two main hubs was detailed as follows:


·   715 passengers traveled via United Express flights to Denver (DEN).

·   545 passengers traveled via Delta Connection flights to Minneapolis-St. Paul (MSP).
