Watertown Town Players to Premiere "The 24 HR. Plays"

Northeast Radio SD News - Watertown, SD - The Watertown Town Players are set to premiere a unique theater experience, "The 24-Hour Plays," this weekend. The show is the result of a single, 24-hour creative process.
The unique format brings together writers, directors, and actors to create five short, original plays from start to finish. The process begins on Friday evening when the cast and crew meet. The writers then work through the night to write a 10-minute script by 6 a.m. Saturday. The actors and directors then rehearse throughout the day to prepare for the premiere performance.

The production will have two public performances: the premiere on Saturday, September 20, at 7 p.m., and an encore matinee on Sunday, September 21, at 2 p.m. Tickets are $18 and are available for reserved seating online at www.townplayers.net.
Angels' Attic Thrift Store sponsors the production and is a fundraiser to help the non-profit Town Players cover operating costs and production fees.
