Northeast Radio SD News - Watertown, SD - A rapid response by the Watertown Police Department on Thursday morning led to the arrest of two individuals suspected of operating an organized retail theft ring spanning multiple states and numerous South Dakota communities.

Police are looking for help finding a man suspected of stealing a Salvation Army donation bucket from the Perkins Restaurant in Brookings. On Dec. 9 at about 6:13 p.m., Brookings police responded to a report of a man wearing a mask entering the restaurant, taking the donation bucket, and fleeing on foot.
