11th Street Northeast in Watertown to Close Next Week for Sewer Work

Northeast Radio SD News – Watertown, SD - The City of Watertown is advising motorists of a temporary road closure next week as utility crews begin sanitary sewer and storm sewer work on 11th Street Northeast.

According to a public service announcement issued by the Engineering Division, 11th Street NE will be closed between Arrow Avenue NE and First Avenue NE beginning Tuesday, Sept. 22. The closure is expected to last through Thursday, Sept. 24, depending on weather conditions.

“Beginning on Tuesday, Sept. 22, 11th Street NE will be closed between Arrow Avenue NE and First Avenue NE due to sanitary sewer and storm sewer work,” the notice states.

Drivers are encouraged to plan ahead and use alternate routes while crews complete the project.
