Codington County Courthouse, County Offices Closed July 3 for Independence Day Holiday

Northeast Radio SD News – Watertown, SD - Codington County Auditor Brenda Hanten has announced that the Codington County Courthouse and all county offices will be closed on Friday, July 3rd, 2026.


The closure is in observance of the upcoming Independence Day holiday.


Residents who need to conduct business with the county are encouraged to do so prior to the holiday weekend. For further information or assistance before the closure, the Codington County Auditor’s office can be reached at 605-882-6297.
