District 4 Legislative Candidate Forum Set for May 2 in Goodwin

Northeast Radio SD News – Goodwin, SD - Voters in District 4 will have an opportunity to hear directly from this year’s legislative candidates during an open public forum scheduled for Saturday, May 2, from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Goodwin Area Hall. The event is free and open to all residents.


The forum is sponsored by the Deuel County Republicans, with all District 4 candidates invited — including Republican, Democratic, and Independent contenders.


Commissioner of School and Public Lands Brock Greenfield, a former legislator from Clark, will serve as moderator. Candidates will receive some questions in advance, and attendees will be able to submit written questions that the moderator may present during the discussion.

A door‑prize drawing will be held at the end of the event. Water and soda will be available for attendees.
