Kemp Avenue in Watertown Closed Between Maple Street and Broadway for Utility Work

Northeast Radio SD News – Watertown, SD - The City of Watertown Engineering Division has issued a public service announcement regarding a temporary road closure on Kemp Avenue due to water main and utility work.

The closure affects the stretch of Kemp Avenue located between Maple Street and Broadway. City officials state that the closure will remain in effect until Wednesday morning, at which point the roadway is expected to reopen to traffic.

Motorists are strongly encouraged to use alternate routes and to exercise caution when traveling near the work area. The City of Watertown appreciates the public’s patience and cooperation as this necessary utility work is completed.
