Northeast Radio SD News – Watertown, SD - The City of Watertown Public Works Department will begin a lift station improvement project Monday, May 18, with work scheduled to continue through Friday, May 22, pending weather or unforeseen issues, according to a public service announcement from the Engineering and Wastewater Division.

The project will take place along North Lake Drive, near 436 North Lake Drive and 818 North Lake Drive. During construction, traffic will be reduced to one lane in the work zone, and there may be periods when driveway access is limited.

City officials are asking motorists to use caution, follow all posted traffic control signs, and obey flaggers in the area. Residences will remain accessible most of the time, but drivers are asked not to park on the street within the construction zone.
