Northeast Radio SD News - Watertown, SD - Joy Ranch of South Dakota, a nonprofit dedicated to providing life-changing experiences for individuals with special needs, has received a major boost for its upcoming Night to Shine event.
Mallory Olsen, the event coordinator at Joy Ranch, announced during a live online radio segment that an anonymous donor has stepped forward to offer a matching gift challenge to the community.
For every $50 donated to sponsor an attendee for the 2026 Night to Shine prom, the anonymous donor will contribute an additional $50, effectively doubling the impact of each gift. “It takes $50 to make this night magical for them,” Olsen explained. “So if you donate $50... this anonymous donor is going to match that donation, making the night possible for not just one person, but two”.
The event, which is part of a global movement sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation, is scheduled for Friday, February 13, 2026. It provides an unforgettable prom night experience centered on God’s love for people with special needs, ages 14 and older.
