No Injuries Reported in Three-Vehicle Accident on Wednesday Evening

Northeast Radio SD News - Watertown, SD - Watertown Fire Rescue (WFR) responded to a motor vehicle accident on the evening of Wednesday, November 5, 2025.
WFR's Engine 4 arrived on the scene quickly after the initial report of a three-vehicle accident. Fire crews immediately assessed the situation and confirmed that the incident actually involved two vehicles.
Firefighters secured both vehicles and confirmed that all occupants were safely out and that no one was trapped. After completing initial patient assessments, WFR confirmed that no injuries were reported among the individuals involved.
Scene Management and Public Safety
With the immediate emergency resolved, WFR crews focused on restoring safety to the active roadway. Firefighters cleared hazardous debris and provided traffic protection for Performance Towing operators as they removed the vehicles.
Watertown Fire Rescue was assisted on scene by the Watertown Police Department and Performance Towing.
WFR reminds all drivers to use caution when approaching emergency scenes and to slow down when seeing flashing lights, noting that public cooperation helps keep both responders and community members safe.
