Promotion Details
City Manager Alan Stager is seeking Council authorization to approve Greenman's promotion. The promotion is effective Monday, December 1, 2025.
The proposed salary for the new Superintendent position is $85,217.60 annually. This salary places the position at Grade 170, step 6 on the 2025 Wage Matrix.
· The promotion is described as being "in line with recent promotions of tenured staff".
· The Parks and Recreation Department, led by Director Dusty Rodiek, extended the offer to Greenman.
· Greenman will be required to complete a one-year probationary period, though this does not restrict the use of any accrued sick or vacation time carried over from his previous role.
The City Manager noted that the promotion falls within the current budget and will not require a budget supplement.
