Sanford Health Names New Watertown Leaders as Prairie Lakes Integration Continues

Northeast Radio SD News – Watertown, SD - Sanford Health has announced two leadership promotions connected to the ongoing integration of the former Prairie Lakes Healthcare System (PLHS) into the Sanford Health network.

John Allen has been named vice president of operations for Sanford Health Network, a role focused on strengthening Sanford Health Watertown as a regional hub. Allen will collaborate with Sanford sites across the region, including Watertown, Canby, Clear Lake, Webster and additional partner locations. He will work closely with Dale Gillogly, who also serves as vice president of operations for Sanford Health Network.

“With more than 30 years of leadership experience, John has been instrumental during Sanford’s integration with Prairie Lakes Healthcare System,” said Jon Pociask, chief operating officer for Sanford Health Network. “His vision and knowledge of the community are extremely important as we continue to provide quality health care, close to home.”

Sanford Health has also named Laurie Fieber, RN, MSN, as administrator and chief executive officer for Sanford Health Watertown. Fieber brings more than 30 years of healthcare experience and will oversee operations for Sanford Health Watertown and its primary care locations in Clark, Estelline and Lake Norden.

Both leadership changes come as Sanford continues aligning services, operations and regional care delivery following the PLHS integration.
