Northeast Radio SD News – Watertown, SD - A portion of 21st Street West near Evolution Power Sports will close to through traffic beginning Monday, September 14, as the City of Watertown starts a road improvement project on the gravel section of the street.

According to a public service announcement from the city, Evolution Power Sports will remain accessible throughout the closure. Crews will be applying a blotter surface to the gravel roadway, a treatment designed to improve durability and drivability.
