Watertown Area Chamber 111th Annual Celebration Set for Oct. 22 at Watertown Event Center

Northeast Radio SD News – Watertown, SD - The Watertown Area Chamber of Commerce has announced details for its 111th Annual Celebration, an evening event recognizing member achievements, community partnerships, and the start of the Chamber’s new fiscal year. The celebration will take place Thursday, October 22, 2026, inside the Glacial Lakes Ballroom at the Watertown Event Center.
This year’s theme, “Toast to the Year: A Year of Connections,” highlights the Chamber’s focus on collaboration, business growth, and community engagement. Members and guests will gather to reflect on accomplishments from the past year and preview initiatives planned for 2027.
Dinner, Awards, and Interactive Activities Planned
Attendees will be treated to a full dinner service with two entrée options:
· Chicken Alfredo pasta served with broccoli, or
· Pork loin served with broccoli, accompanied by Yukon Gold potatoes and fresh greens with house dressing.
The evening will also feature annual awards and several interactive fundraising activities designed to support Chamber programming:
· Open for Bidness Silent Auction – Five one‑of‑a‑kind packages available through online bidding or personal bidder.
· Package Deal Mystery Box Raffle – Each mystery box contains a prize; raffle entry required.
· Ahead of the Game Heads or Tails 50/50 – Guests choose heads or tails each round; the first round is free, and beads may be purchased to stay in the game.
· How Sweet It Is Cupcake Draw – Purchase a cupcake for a chance to win a prize.
The Chamber says these elements are intended to make the evening “exciting, engaging, and impactful,” while offering businesses additional visibility.
Ticket Information
· Chamber Members: $40 + tax
· Non‑Members: $50 + tax
· Reserved tables are available for groups of eight or more.
Attendees are asked to include their seating preference and meal choice when registering, as tables will be assigned in advance.
The Chamber is offering four sponsorship tiers, each tied to one of the evening’s interactive activities:
· $300 – Open for Bidness Silent Auction

o 1 month of billboard advertising within the year
· $200 – Package Deal Mystery Box Raffle
