Watertown Police Arrest Five in Northeast Watertown Meth Investigation

Northeast Radio SD News – Watertown, SD - A narcotics investigation by the Watertown Police Department resulted in five arrests Tuesday following a search of a northeast Watertown residence, according to a media release from Captain Steve Rehorst.
Police began investigating suspected methamphetamine distribution, possession, and use on September 14. As officers followed up on information involving multiple individuals, they developed additional details that led to a search warrant for the residence. The warrant was executed with assistance from the Codington County Sheriff’s Office.
Arrests and Charges
· Lucas Fiddler, 38, Watertown — Maintaining a place where drugs are kept, sold, or used; possession of methamphetamine; unauthorized ingestion of methamphetamine; possession or use of drug paraphernalia. Bond: $10,000 cash.
· Mark Weiler, 57, Watertown — Possession of methamphetamine; unauthorized ingestion of methamphetamine; possession or use of drug paraphernalia. Bond: $2,000 cash.
· Jamirah First In Trouble, 23, Watertown — Unauthorized ingestion of methamphetamine; probation violation. Bond: personal recognizance.
· Rosalie Moore, 37, Watertown — Unauthorized ingestion of methamphetamine. Bond: personal recognizance.
· Jacob Polasek, 34, Watertown — First-offense DUI involving drugs; obstructing an officer, jailer, or firefighter; traffic offense. Bond: personal recognizance.
The department noted that all individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
