Watertown Police Department Welcomes New Full-Time and Reserve Officers in Watertown, SD

Northeast Radio SD News – Watertown, SD - The Watertown Police Department has added three new members to its ranks, welcoming two full‑time officers and one reserve officer.
The department announced that Brandon Butcher and Logan Bushee have joined the force as its newest full‑time police officers. In addition, Ian Meriwether‑Chalfant, the Watertown Regional Airport Manager, has been sworn in as the department’s newest Reserve Police Officer.
In a statement shared on the department’s Facebook page, WPD said it is proud to welcome all three officers and looks forward to the experience, dedication, and commitment each will bring to serving the Watertown community.
“Welcome aboard, Brandon, Logan, and Ian,” the department wrote.
