10th Avenue NE Closure Scheduled for Intersection Project in Watertown
The Watertown Public Works Department is set to start work on the 2025 Intersection Improvements Project at the intersection of 10th Avenue NE and US Highway 81, beginning Monday, September 29. The project scope includes reconstructing the roadway to install a turn lane. This will require the closure of 10th Avenue NE from US Highway 81 to 7th Street NE. The work is scheduled to be completed by October 4, pending any unforeseen issues and weather conditions.

Temporary Closure Scheduled for I-229 Northbound Lanes Near Cliff Avenue

Detours in Place for New Closure on Highway 25 in Clark County
Drivers in Clark County should prepare for a new road closure beginning Monday, September 15, as crews continue work on an infrastructure project along South Dakota Highway 25.
The South Dakota Department of Transportation (SDDOT) announced that Highway 25 will be closed from Highway 20 north for three miles to allow grading operations. A signed detour will guide passenger vehicles around the work zone via 437th Avenue and 155th Street (County Road 20).
